Abstract:
Since reform and opendoor policy, great changes have taken place in educational practice, thought, and theory in China. The great presentday changes in Chinese practice of education have not only promoted great changes in educational philosophy but also resulted from the guidance of educational philosophy. Therefore, a synthetic and systematic investigation of those changes in view of educational essence, educational ideology, view of school teaching, and view of teacher and student is of important significance to understanding the deep and complex relationship between educational theory and educational practice.
