Debts and Economic dilemma face some underdeveloped countries, which lead to daily widening of the gap between rich and poor. This shows an actual failure of the system of world economy promoted by the developed to enhance a global development through free trade. The failure has resulted from the world organization’s negligence of the native needs of survival, freedom, selfgovernment, and values of the developing countries. This lesson reminds us that to improve the status quo, the game rule must be altered, and that enough respect must be showed for local needs and cultural values in renegotiation of trade agreement so as to maintain the global general rule and tension of native free alteration.
