“以人为本”教育价值观的真正确立

摘要:
党的“十七大”报告从“改善民生”的角度论述了教育的价值和功能,这在我们党的历史上是首创。它展示了当代中国共产党人对教育价值和功能的重新诠释与定位,意味着我国社会关于教育价值观和教育功能观的主流认识正在由以往盛行的“社会本位论”向着“以人为本”、“以人为中心”的方向嬗变和演进,昭示着“以人为本”的教育价值观在当代中国社会的真正确立。探析这种嬗变的渊源和精神主旨,无疑与党的“十七大”报告所提出的科学发展观密切相关。

Abstract:
The Party’s 17th Congress Report stated the value and function of education from the perspective of “improving people’s livelihood”, which was the first attempt in the Party’s history. This statement shows that the current Chinese communists have tried to reinterpret and orientate the value and function of education. This indicates that the mainstream perception of our society with regard to views of education is evolving and advancing from the former “societybased” view to “manbased” and “mancentered” view. An exploratory analysis of the source and spiritual object of this evolution shows a close association with the view of scientific development raised inthe Party’s 17th Congress Report.
