The present economic and financial crisis caused by loan crisis meeting severely threatens and damages global trade and economic growth. An analysis of American relief mechanism for financial Crisis in terms of public governance shows that this mechanism highlights a shortterm effect, disadvantageous to preventing crisis in terms of the essential system and regulations. On the other hand, however, American relief mechanism is by no means all unacceptable. A necessary means to tame financial crisis is to maintain the principle of preventive and legitimate relief measures and adopt multicentre and multimeans governance and worldwide cooperative relief for the purpose of cooperative competition instead of noncooperative competition.
