Western Economic Development and Construction of a Pluralistic Culture of Northwestern National Minorities

Abstract:
Like all other ethnical cultures, the pluralistic cultures of the national minorities in northwestern China are mainly characteristic of variability and stability, whose dialectical integrity is the primary law of advancement. The nationwide campaign of northwestern China economic development had sped up the advancement of these pluralistic cultures and brought them into a critical period of transformation. Thus under the northwestern China economic development, to realize the transformation and reconstruction of the pluralistic cultures of northwestern ethnics, great and persistent attention should be paid to protecting these pluralistic cultures. Then, the variation, advancement, and innovation of cultures of these national minorities are necessary steps in the course of modernistic transformation and reconstruction of these regional cultures.
