Like all other ethnical cultures, the pluralistic cultures of the national minorities in northwestern China are mainly characteristic of variability and stability, whose dialectical integrity is the primary law of advancement. The nationwide campaign of northwestern China economic development had sped up the advancement of these pluralistic cultures and brought them into a critical period of transformation. Thus under the northwestern China economic development, to realize the transformation and reconstruction of the pluralistic cultures of northwestern ethnics, great and persistent attention should be paid to protecting these pluralistic cultures. Then, the variation, advancement, and innovation of cultures of these national minorities are necessary steps in the course of modernistic transformation and reconstruction of these regional cultures.
