Abstract:
News of lawbased government tends to interfere with judicial separation basically in two ways: directly and indirectly. This interference with judiciary on the part of news is associated both with the media’s part as the judge, its moralized stand and its emotionalized expression of discourse and with judicial corruption, demand in media interests and lack of “lawbased notion” in judicial culture in Chinese society. However, since judicial separation is the first context to judicial news, judicial report should be objective, synchronic and just so as to maintain a proper relationship between preserving judicial separation and intensifying public opinion supervision.
