Abstract:
In the beginning, human society had to face a basic contradiction, that is, the contradiction between infinity of human demand and rarity of resources for human demand. In distribution of product, private or public, in the past or at present, any human community, China or foreign countries, can by no means evade this basic contradiction, and must solve it properly. To increase the supply of and satisfy the demand for public product in the countryside, the contribution ratio of different component parts of public product in the countryside is to be empirical analyzed by means of mathematic model based on public resources there, according to which a priority of supplying public product in the countryside can be established, the structure of supplying public product can be optimized and the efficiency of allocating public resources can be improved.
