Abstract:
The emergence of ecological aesthetics in the New Period of our country satisfied the demand of the reality and development of the aesthetic scholarship, and that of carrying forward our traditional culture. In fact, the emergence of this aesthetic trend went through three stages, that is, budding, growth, and construction. Under the new situation of "constructing ecological civilization" advocated by the State, new breakthrough in ecological aesthetics depends upon carefully summarizing historical experience and introducing fresh approaches.
