The epistemologybased theory of ideology concerns actually a cognitive means and result. The postmodern theory negates and rejects traditional epistemology, but still fails to escape this cognitive framework. On the one hand, postmodernists reject ideology; however, on the other, they utilize the analytic pattern and strategy. As a result, they clothe their theory with a thick color of ideology just by deliberately avoiding ideology.
