隋唐时期陕西航运之地理研究

摘要:
隋唐两朝是我国历史上继秦汉之后的又一个强盛时期,两朝都以今关中腹心地带的长安为都城,在此两朝强盛帝国的影响下,今陕西境内的航运事业又进入了一个新的鼎盛时期。这一时期各项航运管理制度已相当完备,克服了渭河航运上的重重困难,维持了最大可能的航运量,尤其是在特别时期能够迅速组织汉江上的大规模航运,基本保证了都城长安的粮用所需,这对长安作为国都从经济供给方面起到了至关重要的作用。

A Geographical View of Shaanxi’s Navigation and Transportation in the Sui and the Tang Dynasty

Abstract:
The Sui and the Tang Dynasty marked another powerful and prosperous phase in Chinese history following the Qin and the Han Dynasty. Both dynasties established Chang’an, located in the depths of the Guanzhong Plains, as their respective capital. Under the influence of this imperial arrangement, navigating industry in what is now Shaanxi gained a pinnacle of prosperity in history. During this phase of history, a complete set of regulations of navigating administration was introduced, maintaining the maximum of transporting capacity by overcoming numerous difficulties in navigation on the Weihe River. Especially at critical moments, large-scale transportation was capable of being organized on the Han River to basically guarantee the grain consumption in Chang’an the capital, which played an essential part in economic supply for the capital.
