Abstract:
Miscellaneous disputes, and even doubts and oppositions over universal ideology lie in the fact that modern theories of universal ideology fail to provide an ultimate ground and reason for itself. All modern ideological theories are utilitarian ones, which limit to consideration of subsistence its concern with “utility value according to the need of one thing for another and satisfaction of this need”. However, the ultimate interpretative ground and reason of universal ideology must be existentialistic. In terms of existentialism, all the values should be universally referential by themselves. And this universal referentiality is derived from life itself, the existence of which is of supreme value, is the source of all values, and the essence of all universal values, which gives the value of life its ecological quality and offers the soil for the introduction of the concept of “ideological ecology”.
