Abstract:
Regulation withdrawal refers to conduct adopted deliberately by people involved to alter or overpass the boundary of regulations. However, negative effects of regulation withdrawal can by no means be negligible for it not only affects achievements and alienates variation of regulations but also wrecks social order and harms social justice. With its internal cause, regulation withdrawal is affected by the subject's mind and demand and closely associated with the limitations and operative mechanism of regulations. To remove the negative effects of regulation withdrawal, we should start with their internal causes and stop and remove conditions for their occurrence to effectively guarantee the proper operation of regulations.
