Abstract:
There is still a fairly wide gap between the objectives of physical quality education and actual physical teaching in higher learning institutions. Physical education aims to develop three basic physical qualities in the student, that is, fundamental quality developmental quality and creative quality. Therefore, an effective approach to P.E. courses should be to realize a transition from “curriculumbased subject” to “manbased subject”, carry out a reform strategy to “guide curricular elements with curricular objectives” to cultivate a new system of curricula under the guidance of a wholesome view of health to develop “physical, psychological and social adaptability”.
