高校体育在素质教育目标达成中的问题与对策

摘要:
体育素质教育的目标达成与现实体育教学之间的隔离还较大。学生体育素质是由基本素质、发展素质和创新素质3个层次构成的。体育课程目标达成的有效途径是:实现从“课程本位”向“以人为本”的转变,实施“课程目标统领课程要素”的改革策略,构建以“生理、心理和社会适应”整体健康观为目标的新课程体系。

Abstract:
There is still a fairly wide gap between the objectives of physical quality education and actual physical teaching in higher learning institutions. Physical education aims to develop three basic physical qualities in the student, that is, fundamental quality developmental quality and creative quality. Therefore, an effective approach to P.E. courses should be to realize a transition from “curriculumbased subject” to “manbased subject”, carry out a reform strategy to “guide curricular elements with curricular objectives” to cultivate a new system of curricula under the guidance of a wholesome view of health to develop “physical, psychological and social adaptability”.
