教育学视野中的教育公正

摘要:
以往的研究,多把教育公正等同于一般的社会公正,忽视了教育自身的独特内涵。从教育学的视野考察,教育公正是指通过合理的教育制度,恰切地分配教育资源,为每个人提供与其相适宜的教育,使个体得其应得,实现个性化的发展。教育公正的根本是个体个性化的发展,这既是个体发展的公正,也是分配教育资源的根本尺度。

Abstract:
Previous study of educational justice neglected the distinctive connotation of education by equalizing educational justice with social justice. In terms of pedagogy, however, educational justice means providing appropriate education for each individual to make him gain what he is worth and develop individualistically by properly distributing educational resources under a rational educational system. In this sense, the key point of educational justice is individualistic development, which means not only justice to individual development but also the primary basis for distributing educational resources.
