Abstract:
Under the circumstances of market economy, manufacturing industry has not formed an industrial group in western China. However, a tendency of grouping has always continued in some enterprises, which is a sure foundation to realize the grouping of manufacturing industries in western China. It is proved that there are rules to follow both theoretically and practically to determine a leading industry and regional grouping of its enterprises. Under the financial binding, the theory and principle of grouping of regional enterprises provides an analysis instrument for the determination and shaping of a manufacturing industrial group in western China.
