教师职业幸福感来源的误解及澄清

摘要:
当下对于教师职业幸福感的来源问题是存在诸多误解的:把“工作快乐”等同“职业幸福感”、把“职业声望”等同“职业幸福感”、把“利益获得”等同“职业幸福感”。教师职业不仅是一种“谋生手段”,更是一种“生活方式”。将“生活方式”作为教师职业观,才是教师职业幸福感的真正来源。

Misunderstanding of the Source of the Teacher's Sense of Happiness and Re-justification of it

Abstract:
Several misunderstandings are there as regards the source of the teacher's sense of happiness, such as taking “pleasure in work” as “sense of professional happiness”, “professional fame” as “sense of professional happiness”, “interests obtainment” as “sense of professional happiness”, etc. As a matter of fact, teaching is not only “a living to make” but also “a way of life”. A view of teaching profession as “a way of life” is the real source of the teacher's sense of happiness.
