论我国资源型产业集群的升级与转型

摘要:

资源型产业集群顺利地向创新型产业集群升级转型是资源型产业集群健康发展、避免早衰的惟一途径。资源型产业集群升级与转型可以分为渐变式和剧变式两种类型。在我国资源型产业集群升级与转型中要重视应用和谐管理理论，完善产业创新机制。

Abstract:

The only way out for resources industry groups to steadily develop and avoid juvenile depression is to transform and upgrade to innovative industry groups. The upgrading and transformation of resources industry groups classifies into two types, that is, radical type and gradual type. Thus, attention should be paid to application of the theory of harmonious administration and to completion of innovative mechanism in transformation and upgrading of resources industry groups in our country.
