Abstract:
Bridging the gap between urban and rural areas in educational quality is a hard nut to integral development of urban and rural education, which has resulted from different qualities and levels between urban and rural teachers. Thus the key point to promote an integral development of urban and rural education is to transform the configurative mechanism of teaching resources to vigorously strengthen the construction of rural teaching teams. Effective measures should be taken to optimize the configurative mechanism of rural teaching resources by introducing a system of special allowance to rural teachers, treating teachers as public service workers to impose compulsory education, intensifying training mechanism of rural teachers and deepening a reform of the system of personnel distribution in rural middle and primary schools.
