Abstract:
Among senior Chinese scholars, Master Huo Songlin is distinctive and accomplished in literature appreciation. Mr. Huo always appreciates literary works based not on empty imagination but on the works themselves. By associating background, motives and relevant materials concerned, he fuses his own experience of life and writing in the course of literary appreciation, on the basis of which he gives a full display to reasonable imagination, tastes the implication of the work and discovers the craftsmanship of the literary work.
