Globalization is one of the leading characteristics of the contemporary world, which deeply influences change and development of the world's political situation. The United States, however, takes advantage of globalization to export “American democracy” as a universal ideology to other nations in the world, which deviates from the line of democratization of international relations under the climate of globalization. The newtype system of democratized international relations follows the basic principle of no intervention with domestic affairs and social institutions of other nations. It respects diversity of cultures, insists on harmony between outer compulsion and inner direction, and absorbs agreeable values of traditional culture under the direction of the United Nations.
