Problems with regard to the current system of farming land in our country are serious,and become the fundamental reasons for problems with regard to the Country, the Agriculture and the Farmer. Therefore, a basic understanding of the reformation of the current system of farming land in our country calls for application of the theory of “agriculture being the foundation of our national economy” and “the basic economic system of our country”,in order to solve the problems successfully that pop up during the reforming course.
