Abstract:
With the steady acceleration of urbanization in our country, serious shortage of land resourses and imbalance between demand and supply come to stand out daily. Some countermeasures must be taken to better the situation. The interests rate of civic savings and relevant loans should firmlybe raised to develop a braking mechanism of economic adjustment and control to put the housing price under control. The first-class land market should strictlybe monopolized, the second controlled and the third regularized to avoid runaway of land use and worsening of urban environment. Investment in small towns should be promoted and special attention should be paid to developing local intensive industries and continuing to build up their intensive and scale efficiency.
