数字经济驱动与中国制造业高质量发展

摘要:
加快推动数字经济与制造业实现深度融合已成为支撑经济高质量发展的关键力量。基于人力资本、创业活动以及产业升级的角度分析数字经济对制造业高质量发展的影响机制,同时利用2006—2019年的中国省际面板数据对理论认识进行实证检验,研究结果表明:数字经济发展水平的提升对制造业绿色全要素生产率具有显著正向作用,尤其是在经济相对发达地区,数字经济对制造业高质量发展的驱动效应更强;人力资本和创业活动均对数字经济提升制造业绿色全要素生产率具有显著正向强化效应,即数字经济能够通过扩大人力资本积累和激发创业活力驱动制造业高质量发展。各地区发展在加快推动数字经济与制造业实现深度融合的过程中,应高度重视积累人力资本和激活创业生态, 进一步优化产业结构,从而为数字经济赋能制造业高质量发展提供有利条件。

Study on the Relation Between the Digital Economy Driving Highquality and the Development of Manufacturing Industry in China

Abstract:
Accelerating the deep integration of digital the economy and manufacturing has become a key force to support highquality economic development. This paper analyzes the impact mechanism of the digital economy on the highquality development of manufacturing industry from the perspectives of human capital, entrepreneurial activities and industrial upgrading, and empirically tests the theoretical understanding by using Chinese provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019.The results show that the improvement of digital economy development level has a significant positive effect on green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, especially in relatively developed areas,the digital economy has a stronger driving effect on highquality development of manufacturing industry. Both human capital and entrepreneurial activities have a significant positive strengthening effect on digital economy to improve green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry, that is, digital economy can drive highquality development of manufacturing industry by expanding human capital accumulation and stimulating entrepreneurial vitality. The policy implications of the study are as follows: in the process of accelerating the deep integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry, regional development should attach great importance to the accumulation of human capital and activation of entrepreneurial ecology, and further optimize the industrial structure, so as to provide favorable conditions for the highquality development of digital economy enabling manufacturing industry.
