Abstract:
A series of serious problems caused by the dislocation of education evaluation function under the influence of utilitarianism and instrumentalisin,which is the realistic background of current education evaluation reform in our country.“Fostering Virtue through Education” is the fundamental task of the new era education evaluation reform. The contradiction between the responsibility of cultivating people function and the dislocation of realistic function of educational evaluation is the main contradiction which faced by the reform of educational evaluation in the new era.The construction of an evaluation system with time feature,Chinese characteristics and world level is the basic goal of education evaluation reform in the new era.The implementation of educational evaluation reform in the new era must adhere to systematic thinking, strengthen toplevel design, and adhere to the principle of “seeking both temporary and permanent solutions” and “breaking and building together”.Implement categorybased evaluation comprehensively and further promote “the separation of managementrunningevaluation” to “the reform of delegating power and improving services” indepth development, promote the diversification and specialization of evaluation. Give full play to the leading role of the party committee and the government, accelerate the implementation of the “fourevaluation” requirements, strengthen the innovation of educational evaluation methods and tools, and scientifically use the results of educational evaluation.
