Abstract:
The relationship between socialist core values and rule of law culture is close, and coupling relationship can more accurately describe the characteristics of the relationship between them. The socialist core values show the value consensus and fundamental nature of the construction of the rule of law culture in China, while the rule of law culture provides the bearing form and implementation path for the cultivation of socialist core values. The dynamic correlation between them is embodied in the coupling of theory, function and practice. Research on the coupling relationship between socialist core values and rule of law culture has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
