Abstract:
The open demand of the countryside in the new era makes the traditional governance model unsustainable. With the continuous penetration of information and smart technologies into the countryside, the transformation of “smart governance” in the countryside is now around the corner. The modernization of the rural governance system and governance capacity is the cornerstone of consolidating the basic level of rural revitalization and achieving “effective governance”. Based on the realistic needs of rural grassroots governance under the background of national governance modernization,this thesis puts forward ideas and suggestions for building a rural smart governance system by making full use of modern science and technology, such as the Internet and big data, to innovate with governance tools and transform the governance paradigm.
