Abstract:
The idea of language governance is a new perspective of language planning, based on the needs of national strategic adjustment and the reality of sociolinguistic life. This new idea emphasizes problem-based governance practice, which advocates the participation of multiple subjects. In fact, the practice paradigm is to understand the implementation of macro language policy and planning on the one hand, and to form social participation through the cultivation of grassroots and people based policies on the “bottomup” design which helps to absorb public opinion. This paradigm can effectively ensure the implementation quality and effect of a macro topdown design.
