母语教育的语言学支撑体系问题

摘要:
《义务教育常用词表(草案)》是一个适合义务教育的汉语词表。它包含着语言文字的基本知识,蕴含着一个基础性的语义世界,具有基础性的特点。同时,它充分考虑了词语学习的“知、晓、用”的三种水平,重视与新课标、新《字表》的衔接,照顾到书面语学习的特殊需求,为词语进行了适合各学龄段的分级,具有学习性的特点。项目组有研制《现代汉语常用词表(草案)》和《现代汉语分类词典》的经验,并用语料库的方法总结了语文教材(及一些相关教材)编纂的既往经验,对相关文献进行了认真分析,对一线教师进行了调查座谈,故而可以研制出既科学又适用的词表,为母语教育提供了语言学支撑。也应看到,由于“淡化语法”“弱化师范”的影响,母语教育的语言学支撑体系已经“沙化”,这一问题必须引起政界、学界和业界重视。

Abstract:
The Glossary of Compulsory Education Terms (draft) is a Chinese word list suitable for compulsory education. It contains the basic knowledge of language, contains a basic semantic world, with basic characteristics. At the same time, it takes full account of the three levels of “knowing, understand and using” in the study of words and expressions, attaches importance to the connection with the new curriculum standard and A list of words commonly used in Chinese lauguage courses for Compulsory Education, takes into account the special needs of the study of written language, characteristic of learning. The project team has the experience of developing “The Modern Chinese Common Words List (draft)” and “Modern Chinese Classified Dictionary”, and has summarized the past experience of compiling Chinese teaching materials and some related teaching materials) with the method of Corpus. This glassong of compulsory educationterm makes a careful analysis of the relevant literature, makes an investigation and discussion on the frontline teachers, and attaches importance to the connection with the new curriculum standard and the new Chinese character table, so that a scientific and applicable vocabulary can be developed, which provides linguistic support for mother tongue education. It should also be noted that the linguistic support system of mother tongue education has been “desertified” due to the influence of “weakening grammar” and “weakening teacher education”.
