Abstract:
The cultural identity of craftsmen is the supporting point of cultivating artisans spirit, a powerful way to promote the value of artisans, an important path to enhance the attraction of vocational education, and an internal power to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The transformation of the industrial upgrading mode and traditional ideas are the macro factors, the solidification of urban and the rural dual structure and family environment are the medium factors, and the individual’s pursuit of high quality of life and subjective sense of gain are the micro factors that affect craftsmen’s cultural identity. The ways to realize craftsmen’s cultural identity are as follows: to promote the realization of craftsmen’ individual identity with the value of craftsmen as the guide, to promote craftsmen’s organizational identity with the focus on the interests of craftsmen as the core, and to form a social atmosphere as the bridge to promote the realization of craftsmen’s social identity.
