美国学前教育弱势补偿机制及其启示

摘要:
城乡隔离、教育资源配置不均、学前教育课程与师资薄弱、学前补偿教育的法律体系缺失等因素造成我国学前教育的不公平现象。我国政府开始对弱势儿童采取干预行动,美国从保障机制、实现机制和责任机制三方面建立起来的学前教育弱势补偿机制,有效地减少了弱势群体的经济负担、缩小了学前儿童学业差距,使其在公平的教育环境下享受到优质的教育资源,可以为我国学前教育的改革和发展提供借鉴。

Inspiration of the Compensation Mechanism of Vulnerable Children of American Preschool Education

Abstract:
The unfairness of preschool education in China is caused by factors such as urbanrural segregation, uneven allocation of educational resources, a weak preschool education curriculum and teachers, and lack of legal system for preschool compensation education. The Chinese government has begun to intervene to help vulnerable children. The preschool education weak compensation mechanism established by the United States reduced the economic burden of vulnerable groups and narrowed the gap in preschool children’s academic learning,which has three effective components including a safeguard mechanism, realization mechanism and responsibility mechanism, and creates a fair educational environment with highquality educational resources. It can provide a reference for the reform and development of preschool education in China.
