The thought of a community with a shared future for mankind put forward by President Xi jinping has transcended the concept of western community and reconstructed Marx’s thought of community. As part of a community with a shared future for mankind, the concept of a ChinaAfrica Community with a shared future has six connotations: shared responsibility, winwin cooperation,shared happiness,common prosperity of culture,common security and harmonious coexistence. The proposal of “The Belt and Road” Initiative provides a “bridge” for the construction of the ChinaAfrica’ Community with a shared future. Jointly building “The Belt and Road” Initiative will help strengthen cooperation between China and Africa in the political, security, economic, cultural and ecological fields, and provide support for the building of a ChinaAfrica Community with a shared future. The construction of a ChinaAfrica’ Community with a shared future has a longterm and arduous features, China and African countries need to build “The Belt and Road” Initiative,promote building new international relationships, make a ChinaAfrica comprehensive strategic partnership, actively lead the changes of the international order, promoting the comprehensive effect of China’s aid to Africa, rely on the stability of policy outputs and advantages to build the China-Africa Community with a shared future.
