英国学前教育机构虐童预防机制研究

摘要:
保障儿童权益、防止虐待儿童是学前教育机构的基本职责。在幼儿园虐童事件频发的背景下,借鉴英国学前教育机构虐童预防的有效经验,以加快完善我国学前教育法律政策、理顺政府管理体制、强化惩戒力度、完善监督机制、建立综合防控体系、成立防止虐童社会组织等,进而形成“防止虐童、人人有责”的社会氛围,塑造健康的学前儿童成长环境。

Study on the Prevention Mechanism of Child Abuse in Preschool Education Institutions in the UK

Abstract:
Protecting children’s rights and interests and preventing child abuse are the basic duties of preschool institutions. Under the background of frequent incidents of child abuse in kindergartens in China, the rich experience of child abuse prevention in preschool institutions in Britain is used for reference in order to speed up the improvement of the law and policy of preschools in China, to straighten out the management system of the government, to strengthen the disciplinary force and to perfect the supervision mechanism, to establish a comprehensive prevention and control system, to set up a social organization to prevent child abuse, thus forming a social atmosphere where it’s everyone’s responsibility to prevent child abuse to shape a healthy environment for preschool children to grow in.K
