Abstract:
legal protection is a top priority in the development of preschool education. The corresponding national obligations of preschool children’s right to education puts forward diverging requirements to different state organs in our country. From the perspective of allocation of national obligations, based on the experience of the United States,the UK and Japan,we can research our status quo and defects of preschool education’s legislation and practice, and look for revelation and reference from the following aspects,which can promote pre school education in our country legislation, which guarantees the development of preschool education, increase financial input into preschool education, clarify governmental authority and responsibility in pre school education field attach importance to the improvement of the quality of preschool education teachers, promote judicial protection of the rights and interests of preschool children.K
