Abstract:
The strong integration of “the Belt and Road”initiative and intellectual property strategy is an important measure for the further opening up and deepening of reform in our country. However, the geographical nature of intellectual property brings its legal protection conflict in the implementation of “the Belt and Road” initiative. On one hand, the protection of intellectual property under “the Belt and Road” should be governed by international strategic cooperation and international treaties, and on the other hand, it should be detailed jointly arranged by the government and enterprises.K
