Zou Taofen’s Marxist idea presentation is based on his systematic study of Marx’s works and his overall review of Marxist theory. Meanwhile, his observation and praise of Soviet society express his admiration for the model of social practice of Marxist theory, while his negative presentation of the captalist countries of Europe and American disproves the truth of Marxism. In essence, his Marxist presentaion still remains in the cultural scope and on the level of theory exploration and reflection and he didn’t apply it to the vast social politics and social practice, which accords with his identity as a public intellectual and professional journalist.
