Abstract:
The Shufu Gei Shi Xing Zhuang written by Huang Tingjian in the North Song Dynasty recorded that tea in the North Song Dynasty ’s area of Sichuan and Shaanxi was transported to the Kha tan and Tibet area. It recorded that Xixiang Tea in Yangzhou(洋州) was transported from tea markets in Hezhou to the Mubo tribe in Anduo Tibet area, and then it was transported to the Sangye Temple and Longgu which was in the Yalong River Valley, the area being a key area of Tibet. The road was the old road between the Tang Dynasty and Tibet regimes. At present, it is the earliest record of the northwestern road of tea and horses through Shaanxi, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai, and the Tibet area, it has important value to the study of the tea and horses trade road’s history in the Song Dynasty ,the history of the tea’s transportation in Tibet, Qinghai and Gansu’s Tibetan areas, and Xiyu area, and the history of relations between Tibet and the Tang and Song Dynasties
