玄学与理学的和谐论

摘要:
魏晋玄学和宋代理学皆系回应久经衰乱、黑暗的动荡时局,企求针对世道人心来针贬时弊,创造出玄理与新儒理的两种不同类型的学术理论,期望能改变人类的思想观念、转化心态、安定人心、营造和谐的社会国家。这两种思潮企求以形上学的高度引导人能自发性地产生玄理的自觉、德性的自觉,能从具普遍性及超越性的形上至高原理来营造我们共同的生活世界,享有群生和睦,万邦和谐地永续太平。

The Theory of Harmony in NeoToaism and NeoConfucianism

Abstract:
The xuanxue (neoTaoism) in the Wei and the Jin dynasties and the lixue (neoConfucianism) in the Song dynasty are actually reactions to the social unrest of the dark ages in Chinese history, and are totally different approaches in academic doctrines. Both were trying to change human ideas and thoughts, to transform the mindset, to stabilize the people’s minds, and to build up a harmonious society. These two doctrines were seeking to guide people to create a speculative selfawareness, or virtuous selfawareness through metaphysical ascension, to create our common world of living enjoying communitarian harmony among sovereign states and keeping everlasting peace through the highest universal and transcendent metaphysical principles.
