Abstract:
With the development of era and the advance of China’s OBOR strategy, the studies of “the Silk Road” have become the recent academic hot point in China. In the process of studying the Silk Road and the surrounding areas, we need to rethink “the Silk Road” which as the event, the tradition and the designation, and noticed the European knowledge paradigm and the oneway perspective of the existing “Silk Road” discourse, and then, in the process of discussing “the Silk Road” and related issues, avoid the existing localized paradigm and the oneway perspective. It’s necessary for us to take the “Western Regions”(西域) and related borderland spaces into the “Silk Road” studies, and combined the discipline study and area study, and then we can form a multiplace interactive approach of the “Silk Road” studies.
