Abstract:
As the overall strategy of Chinese reform and opening up,“the Belt and Road”strategy links the “Chinese dream” with “world dream” in the opposite direction. In terms of its’ cultural connotation, Mutual learning among civilizations in the practice of “the Belt and Road” really points to mutual recognition,equal intercourse,understanding communication and complementary advantages between different civilizations. Being Considered from the nation’s real life context,the spatial extension for mutual learning among civilizations generates communication between the civilized subjects’ admittance,interprets the mapping in the interaction between cultural space and landscape entity and also develops in the evolution performance of cultural diffusion together with state conversion. In reality,the reliance on functional culture region,the entry of formal culture region and the driving of a perceptual culture area together constitute the space bearing for mutual learning among civilizations,while the mutual support among natural landscape, cultural landscape and engineering landscape alongside “the Belt and Road” constructs the physical space for mutual learning among civilizations. At the same time, the infection,stimulation,grade and migration of cultural diffusion bring together a spatial hierarchy for mutual learning among civilizations. In reality, the relationship of reciprocal causation,mutual decision and reflexive abstraction among space location, solid landscape and cultural diffusion gives explanatory notes to the combination of ideology and extension of spatial situation of mutual learning among civilizations in practices of “the Belt and Road”.
