Abstract:
The entrance examination of higher vocational education in our country has experienced several stages, such as school enrollment, diversified enrollment, college entrance examination enrollment, college classification entrance examination and other stages, which symbolise that the college entrance examination system in our country is changing from the national standard and the policy standard to the social standard and the people centred position. It accords with the law of talent screening, growth and training. The source of the crisis of new students in higher vocational colleges lies in the social promotion discrimination, the obstruction of upward mobility and the quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges. In order to ensure that the classification exam becomes the “main channel” of the enrollment of Higher Vocational colleges, we must take the “Stakeholder Theory” as the foundation, and take some strategies, such as vigorous government promotion, positive social advocacy, the initiative adjustment of the school, parents changeable concept and correct guidance, and ensure that the concept of many stakeholders changes, harmoniously develops, and is jointly promoted.
