Abstract:
Rural vocational education has an irreplaceble strategic position and basic function the modern vocational education system in China.It is directly related to the success of new rural construction,new urbanization,the cultivation of new farmers and the construction of a harmonious society.But now the public crises in rural education in our country include a decline in value orientation, low teaching quality in vocational school, small size and low level of agriculture-related majors, vocational training becomeing a mere formality and institutional barriers.So we should grasp the opportunity of amend the Vocational Education Act and making a clear value orientation in rural vocational education, pay more attention to the construction of school infrastructure and the teaching team, strengthen the construction of agricultural major, optimize rural occupational training and institutional innovation.We should bring the rural vocational education into the track of the rule of law.
