Abstract:
Li Lin arise army from the east of China, and soon later were wipe out by the Emperor Suzong of Tang. Then, Li Bai was going to jail in Xunyang, Jiangxi Province of China because of “following by Li Lin’s army”. And unexpectedly,he was taken as “partner of the rebels”.Although released from the prison, soon later, he was exiled to Yelang. This case becomes the source of Li Bai resentment in his later years,and also become his tragedy.This paper considers of the situation after Fang Guan and Chen Taoxie’s rebellion was put down in October and the relationship between the Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and the Emperor Suzong of Tang,make a new analysis for reasons why Li Lin command his army eastward, and Li Bai’s aggrieved psychology after he follow Li Lin’s shogun. This paper also explores the situation after Chang’an was recovered, the Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and the Emperor Suzong of Tang formed a new subtle relationship. This relationship affect the fact that Li Bai was put in to prison in Xunyang, before long out of jail but later deposed in Yelang. The paper will make a new exploration for Li Bai’s indignation and grievances during this period and expose the essence of Li Bai’s tragic fate in his later years.
