Lawbased governance is a current global trend. A summarization of British and US legal systems, continental legal system and experience of judicial reforms in other socialist countries will offer significant references to judicial reform in our country. The ongoing judicial reform in our country should be established in our practice of lawbased governance and national conditions and involve at least the following ten contents, including assuring judicial justice and impartiality, reforming the judicial administrative system, optimizing the arrangement of judicial positions, rigidly prohibiting interference in judicial activity, carrying out a rigid judicial system and strengthening the assurance of civil rights in judicial practice.
