Abstract:
Psychological health attracts broad concern of society, especially the way of life, which greatly affects psychological health. Harmful ways of life is leading elements leading to varieties of psychological cases, but good ways of life play a great role in treating psychological cases, promoting individual sense of happiness and social peace and maintaining and optimizing individual cognition and neurotic function. Based on the results of a series of empirical studies, this study discusses the importance, effect and limitation of people’s way of life to psychological health.
