Abstract:
Modern society becomes increasingly characteristic of “cultural intelligence”. An old and always new issue, intelligence studies have seen many active advances in the past 20 years, of which interpretation of substantial intelligence by biological and cultural means shapes a new trend. However, intelligence studies by these two dimensions are faced with many dilemmas of theoretical development, especially the relationships between intelligence and culture, universality and particularity, neurobiology and dynamic practice, and so on. All these need a path of development based on the existing academic accumulation.
