Abstract:
The international property of “the Silk Road” determines that the course, mechanism and track of its operation will exercise significant influence on economic conduct and development of the nations and states along the Road.“The Silk Road” was opened in ancient times as a result of evolution of political relations between nations and states on the road in mutual need, mutual dependence for life and selfdependent development. The “Silk Road Economic Belt” was proposed to consolidate the good neighborliness and friendliness between the nations and states concerned by means of economic development and form an innovative regional macro cooperation mode, in which China and Central Asia countries will act as the strategic pivots on the “Silk Road Economic Belt” because they are all located in the major parts of the ancient road. Therefore, an investigation of the past practice by the “Five Principles of Communication” will result in some suggestions to cope with existing problems and difficulties.
