Abstract:
China is undergoing a transition from pretransformation to posttransformation, whose domain has expanded from economic transformation to social transformation. Social transformation classifies into social structure transformation and social humanity transformation. The former depends on demographic structure, employment structure, urban and rural structure and social structure for transformation, while the latter relies on transformation of men, form of personality and way of life for economic growth. Currently China has entered in the period of posttransformation. In this period we should speed up transformation of our society to enhance the improvement of quality of economic growth by introducing a new policy of human resources, bringing into action the steps for new urbanization, quicken social informationization, promoting social better education, and advocating reasonable consuming conception and interest.
