Abstract:
The changes in knowledge context and learning style in digital era challenge school education and bring about changes in teachers’ learning idea. Teachers’ learning idea is a key fundamental problem in the field of teacher learning. It determines the value orientation and behavior of the teachers’ learning and guides them to learn consciously and effectively instead of instinctively. Teachers’ learning is not only an adult learning, but also a professional learning, and essentially a selforiented professional learning. In the digital era, teachers’ learning content is no longer teaching knowledge and teaching skills, but centers on mastering ways of learning. The way of teachers’ learning in the digital era is a kind of ecological learning, and is to be evaluated with a combined micro embedded evaluation and macro data prediction.
