大学教师个人教学哲学表达若干问题探析

摘要:
大学教师个人教学哲学表达是基于大学教师角色和教学使命的专业信念与理念表达,是彰显大学教师个人教学精神和教学思想的个性化教学观表达,是基于教学认识指向教学实践的务实表达,是凝聚哲学意蕴的教学智慧表达。它具有理论、实践、价值和专业特征。其主要价值表现为教学观念的系统反思、教学思想的话语形式、教学信念的成熟宣示、教学行为的理性承诺、专业交流的必要途径和专业发展的精神记录。大学教师个人教学哲学的表达内容主要包括个人教学经历的历史回顾、个人教学理念的现实阐述和个人专业发展及未来规划等的文本表达。它是教师个人教学哲学的显性表达,是教师个人教学理念的系统阐述,对指导与改进教学实践、实现教学的有效性并促进个人教学专业发展有着重要的意义。

Abstract:
University teachers’ personal philosophies of teaching could be seen as expressions of professional beliefs and ideas based on the role and teaching missions of university teachers; expressions of personalized teaching concepts that highlight individual teaching spirit and teaching thought of university teachers; practical expressions that point to teaching practices based on teaching understanding; expressions of teaching wisdom that exemplify philosophical implication. Main values of philosophical statements manifest as following six aspects: systematic reflection of teaching concepts; speech form of teaching thoughts; mature declaration of teaching beliefs; rational commitment to teaching behaviors; necessary approach of professional communication; spirit record of professional development. Liberal expressions of individual teaching philosophies of university teachers are explicit statements of teachers' personal philosophies of teaching, as well as systematic description of teachers’ individual teaching ideas. And they have great significance on guiding and improving teaching practices, realizing teaching effectiveness and promoting the professional development of individual teaching.
