Main values of philosophical statements manifest as following six aspects: systematic reflection of teaching concepts; speech form of teaching thoughts; mature declaration of teaching beliefs; rational commitment to teaching behaviors; necessary approach of professional communication; spirit record of professional development. Liberal expressions of individual teaching philosophies of university teachers are explicit statements of teachers' personal philosophies of teaching, as well as systematic description of teachers’ individual teaching ideas.
