西北地区少数民族报业市场化传播与国家认同

摘要:
西北地区少数民族报业市场化传播呈现出以党报、党刊为主体的二元竞争格局,并呈现出非均衡发展对国家认同柔弱化的态势。社会主义市场体制下,应依托“一体两翼”的传播机制,创新媒介管理规制,以优先赋予少数民族新闻报道权和话语权为突破口,以公民教育为基础来强化国家认同意识,使新闻舆论引导合乎少数民族新闻报道规律。

Market Dissemination of the National Minority’s Newspaper Industry in Northwestern China and National Identity

Abstract:
The market dissemination of the national minority’s newspaper industry in northwestern China assumes a dual pattern of competition and a situation of imbalanced development and weakening of national identity. Under socialist market system, depending on the “double-winged” disseminative mechanism, the mass media administrative regulations should be reformed to offer priority to the national minority’s right of news report and right of speech and strengthen national identity by popularizing civil education so that the direction of public opinions will agree with the law of the national minority's news report.
